Day – 56

My week as a bachelor ends today…whoohooo! I don’t know who’s happier me or Buddy 🙂

Planning on 400 push ups today to bring my total to 12,000 since January 4th & a KB workout.

12:00 pm – Kettlebell workout – lifted 6000 kg’s and completed 400 push ups for a grand total of 12,000

That’s 1,009,200 kg’s!

My new vice…I admit it I’m a weak person 🙂

7:00 pm – 9:00 pm – 400 push ups

Planning a little R & R this afternoon and going to see the new movie…

The Crazies

It’s seems like a good day for a Zombie movie…

1:30 pm – Went to see the move The Crazies…Good Movie if your into Zombie’s and gore.

No class tonight the weather was crap and the power was off at the dojang.

6:00 pm – Practiced my forms 2 times each and completed 300 push ups.

7:00 pm – We lost power until midnight, once the power was restored I finished my new blog post “Zen and the Lizard Brain”

Looking forward to Kettlebell’s/Ropes tomorrow!

Day 53!

12:00 pm – No partner today so I challenged the heavy bag to 10 rounds.

Me – 100  vs  Bag – 0

Not much competition from the bag and easy to hit.

2:00 pm – 3:30 pm500 push ups

I’m looking forward to 10 more rounds tonight without the bag…

7:00 pm – Completed 12 rounds tonight. Awesome Class!

22 Rounds for the day!

As long as I am still able to walk I will continue to spar…It’s just way too much fun to give up!

3:00 pm – 4:00 pm – I Had a great TKD/Kettlebell workout – lifted 7650 kg’s

Kettlebell’s/Ropes Tonight!

7:30 – Taught a KB class, lifted 7760 kg’s in between teaching

I emailed Seth Godin the author of Linchpin tonight about using some of his wording in a blog post that I’m working on and he graciously replied himself to give me his blessing…Thank You Seth for the gift.

Day – 52 – Working on a new blog post and a Taekwondo workout planned tomorrow, lot’s of stretching…

I finished reading the book Linchpin last night. All I can say in summarizing is INCREDIBLE!!! if you want to read a book that will inspire, show you how to achieve more meaning and purpose in your life…Stop what you are doing right now and read this book and anything else you can find by Seth Godin

You won’t regret it!
