4:00 pm – 200 push ups!

7:00 pm – 9:00 pm400 push ups!

Completed 1000 push ups 🙂

1:00 pm – The sun came through just long enough to do a Kettlebell workout outside – I did the 20/10 X 3 (swings, high pulls, snatches) along with 2 sets of 5 pistols each leg and 2 sets of goblet squats – Lifted 8860 kg’s

4:00 pm – I wrote a motivational blog post – Is Greed The Motivator?…
