2:00 pm – Cycled to the dojang.

3:30 pm – 16 kg – 10 minutes of snatches, 6:00 mins right, 4:00 mins left – 200 snatches – 3.200 kg’s

4:00 pm – 2 X 16kg – 10 minute long cycle – 86 reps – 2,752 kg’s

9:00 pm – Cycled home.

Only 31 more sleeps until the nationals 🙂
