5:30 pm – Snatch Training, 24 kg’s, 10:00 Minutes (6 – R, 4 – L), 210 Reps, 5,040 kg’s

6:00 pm – Fixation Training, 32 kg’s, 4 Rounds.

7:30 pm – Flexibility Training.

9:00 pm – Cycled Home.
